The previous campaign (240 hires in 8 weeks) had mobilized 9 external recruiters and cost over €95,000 in agency fees and logistics. Doubling the volume by doubling the cost was not an option.

One-click multi-channel posting: LinkedIn, Indeed, Abidjan.net and the internal job board. Candidates apply via a mobile-first form in under 90 seconds — no experience retyping, the resume is enough.
Screening PRO automatically ranks the 8,200 applications by criteria (retail experience, mobility, immediate availability) and filters out off-target profiles. 1,800 genuinely qualified applications remain for recruiters to review.
The 1,800 shortlisted candidates take a short async video interview (3 questions, 8 minutes) at their convenience — evening, weekend, from their phone. Recruiters review and score as a team.
Final interviews run as on-site group sessions, scheduled via the ATS module. Each recruiter supervises 4 sessions of 8 candidates per day. Decision and offer within 48h thanks to collaborative scorecards.
