01The challenge

The 2026 expansion plan called for the simultaneous opening of 12 stores across Abidjan, San-Pédro and Bouaké. The ask: 540 operational staff in under 6 weeks, mixing sales associates, cashiers, department heads and store managers.

The previous campaign (240 hires in 8 weeks) had mobilized 9 external recruiters and cost over €95,000 in agency fees and logistics. Doubling the volume by doubling the cost was not an option.

02The Edomatch solution
