Managed payroll in West Africa: your questions answered

What employers ask before handing payroll and statutory compliance to a bureau in Ghana, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire and Benin.

Which countries can Edomatch run payroll in?+

We run managed payroll in Ghana, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire and Benin. In each country we file and remit to the local tax authority and social fund: GRA and SSNIT in Ghana, OTR and CNSS in Togo, DGI and CNPS in Côte d'Ivoire, and DGI and CNSS in Benin.

What does managed payroll include?+

Every payroll run covers gross-to-net processing, income tax filing, social fund remittance, branded payslips and salary disbursement to your employees. Statutory filing and payments to each authority are handled for you, on time, every period.

How much does managed payroll cost?+

Pricing is a simple fee per employee per month in local currency: from 120 GHS in Ghana, 5,000 XOF in Togo and Benin, and 5,500 XOF in Côte d'Ivoire. Volume discounts apply above 50 employees per country, and there are no long contracts or hidden setup fees.

Do I need my own payroll team in each country?+

No. Edomatch acts as your payroll bureau, so you do not have to build a local payroll department or track changing tax and social rules yourself. We calculate, file and remit on your behalf in every country you employ people.

How are employees paid?+

Net salaries are paid out by bank transfer or mobile money, whichever suits your workforce, with branded payslips delivered automatically each pay period.

How quickly can we start?+

Once we have your employee data and tax identifiers, your first payroll can run in the next pay cycle. Book a call and we will map out the timeline for the countries you operate in.
